The company is registerred at the Trade Register of the Registry Agency under UIC: 130480079 and is certified to prepare estimations of the correspondence of the investing designs and/or to execute building control by the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works with License No. PK-0344, issued November 17, 2014, valid until November 17, 2019. Stroitelen nadzor EP Ltd. is certified for quality management system ISO 9001:2008, for which a certificate No. 29453/13/S is issued.
The company is also a real estate agency.
For the period of its existence the company worked and is working over 128 construction sites with administrative, residential, manufacturing, storing and other function. The company is not sanctioned by the Directorate for National Construction Control, Tax Administration and/or any state or municipal authorities, as well as against the comany there are no legal actions by contractors and suppliers.
